Your band mates add different types of flour, ingredients, folding methods, and us (your fans) get to devour the fresh loaf that y’all deliver with your music. One of my favorite things about this one is the harmonizing. When a lower voice and a higher, sweeter voice pair together and intertwine so perfectly, it gives me chills...it's just so uniquely expressive and wonderful to listen to. I also love the very introspective and philosophical nature of the lyrics: singing gives these kinds of thoughts one of the best outlets, and for people like me, I often end up reflecting myself after listening! If this was published as a solo song, it would definitely fit in on The Wild Trapeze. If it was published as an Incubus song, I feel like it would be perfect on If Not Now When. Either way, I am so grateful you shared this lovely song with us as always!
