Listening to you read was such a perfect way for me to begin my day. I couldn't help but notice how you channeled the personalities of the characters through your voice, and that really brought the story to life. The Tibetan sound bowls (I think?) at both the beginning and the ending were also so lovely. Both your singing voice and your speaking/reading voice are captivating like no other. And soothing, I should mention as well. I'll definitely be listening to it again sometime.

I listened to this with my 9 year old kiddo who found the story absolutely fascinating. She said that she felt she could relate to Mateo's memory super power as both a blessing and a curse. My 9 yo said this. I was mind-blown but then it made perfect sense. Both of us would love to continue to hear your stories. They're so well told and beautifully narrated. I could totally see the descriptive feral Spanish cat colony especially the one eyed creamsicle kitty with clean white boots.
